So my boss loves Skyrim, and he has it on PS4. Problem is, he has no internet. Literally, he uses a flip phone that our work provided him. Would it be possible to download mods for the PS4 version of skyrim onto a flashdrive so that he could plug it into his ps4 and upload them so he can experience the glory of mods?
